Texting compliance
Texts that reach members, because they are registered.
US carriers filter business texts from unregistered numbers. Every Naamly gym texts from a number registered under A2P 10DLC, with opt-in and opt-out handling built into the product, so messages arrive and your number stays in good standing.
RegisteredYour gym is registered as a brand and a campaign with the carriers during onboarding.
Built-in rulesConsent, STOP and HELP handling, and sensible sending limits.
DeliverabilityRegistered traffic is not filtered the way unregistered traffic is.

Questions
The ones owners ask.
Can I keep my existing number?
Usually yes; it is registered under your brand. Some numbers cannot be moved and we assign a local one instead.
Do members have to opt in again?
Consent collected properly carries over; the portal collects it for everyone new.
What happens when someone replies STOP?
They are removed from broadcasts immediately and the coach sees it in the thread.
