Switching · Pike13 → Naamly

Leaving Pike13? Bring everything with you.

Members, memberships, schedules and payment methods move over with our team, not a spreadsheet. We plan the go-live around your billing dates.

How the switch runs

Four steps, one owner call.

1ExportWe send you the exact reports to pull from your current system.
2BuildPrograms, schedule and staff set up on your Naamly account.
3Move paymentsWe coordinate the transfer of saved payment methods with your processor so members are not asked to re-enter cards.
4Go liveMembers get their portal link; the old system is switched off after your next billing run.
Do members have to re-enter their card?

In most switches, no. We coordinate the transfer with the payment processor. Where a transfer is not possible, members are asked once, through the portal.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the gym and the export you can provide. We plan the go-live around your billing dates so you are never paying for two systems longer than needed.

Can I keep my phone number for texting?

Usually yes; it is registered under your gym. Some numbers cannot be moved and we assign a local one instead.
