LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation), a great resource for small businesses just opened up applications for it’s 5th Round of Grants to relieve financial pressure off of small businesses suffering from Covid-19.

This program is especially beneficial to those in underserved communities, including entrepreneurs of color, women, veteran-owned businesses and other enterprises in historically under-served places who don’t have access to flexible, affordable capital. The grant is not available to non-profits.

The grant money will range from amounts of $5,000 to $20,000 and can be used for almost all operational costs including payroll (including you the applicant), rents, utilities, paying debt, etal.

The application must be completed by Monday, August 3rd, 11:59 pm ET and if selected as a finalist, you will hear back from them by August 21st.
