10DLC Compliance Form

This form is a mandatory requirement to comply with U.S. telecom laws for business texting (10DLC Compliance). Failure to complete this step will result in your messages being blocked or flagged by telecom carriers for delivery and will lead your number to being delisted.

1. Obtaining Consent for Texting

A. Clients/Members Consent (Required)

Please upload the collection form that you use to collect contact information and obtain SMS consent from new clients/ members.
